What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is typically 1 x 20ft Container. However, for premium commodities like Roasted Coffee and specific Spices, we accept LCL (Less than Container Load) based on buyer requirements.
What payment terms do you accept?
We primarily work with 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% advance and 70% against Scanned Bill of Lading (B/L).
Which Incoterms do you use?
Most of our quotes are FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). We ship from major Indian ports including Kakinada, Nhava Sheva, and Mundra.
Quality & Compliance
Do you provide Phytosanitary Certificates?
Yes. Every export consignment is accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Government of India, ensuring all agricultural standards are met.
Are you registered with APEDA and FIEO?
Absolutely. Vowex Global is a registered member of APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) and FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organisations).
Can you provide third-party lab reports?
Yes, we facilitate SGS or TUV testing per buyer specification to verify moisture content, pesticide limits, and nutritional values.
Logistics
How do you handle temperature-controlled cargo?
For fresh vegetables, we use state-of-the-art Reefer Containers to maintain the cold chain from our packing house to your warehouse.
What is the typical lead time?
Once the order is confirmed and payment instrument is received, we typically pack and move to port within 7-14 days. Ocean transit varies by destination.
